Things you enjoy, not because you have to but because you WANT to, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal. And then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs:
1. sweating it out. be it at the gym, jogging in the park, a good game of badminton, soccer, kicking targets at tkd or pulling the hard waters at kallang.
2. feel the cool morning/night air. on the swings anywhere, or riding the wakes feelin the air rush past my skin.
3. sitting around with friends i feel absolutely comfortable with. be it at any coffeeshop with the swappies, McCafe with the wackys, "drinks" with the beloved drama-mamas, just sitting around n feeling lucky i have all the friends i have.
4. cuddle. on a big sofa in front of the tv, or anywhere else. just cuddling.
5. boil whatever i wanna boil, with someone in mind to boil it for.
and hmmmm.
